We're a DTC brand selling mainly into the US and UK, growing fast, with a big Q4 ahead and serious budget behind the creative. We're hiring one creative strategist to own our paid creative alongside the founder and go deep on a single brand and a single customer. This isn't an agency seat juggling ten clients. One brand, one customer, and the time to actually understand her and get great at reaching her. Here's the interesting part. Our customers are mostly women buying for the men in their lives, so the person buying often isn't the one using the product. That gap is where the best creative lives, she's not buying a spec sheet, she's buying the feeling of getting it right for someone she loves. If that gets your brain firing with angles, you're probably who we're looking for. If it sounds confusing, probably not. Day to day you'd live in the creative, research, angles, concepts, hooks, and the briefs that turn into ads our editors run. You won't be chasing creators, someone else handles that, so your time stays on the work that matters. You're not walking into chaos. We've done the hard strategy, we know our customer well and we've built a real system. We need someone sharp enough to operate inside it, write exceptionally, and bring fresh eyes and ideas we haven't found yet. A few things that matter to us: - Genuinely fluent written English, and copy that makes someone feel something. - A bit obsessed in the good way, the kind who sees something and thinks "that's an ad." - You know what's working right now, and you can make creative that looks genuinely different, not the same format on repeat. - Fast, hungry, and at your best with real freedom. - You use AI well for the heavy lifting, while knowing what has to stay human. What you get: a real daily partnership with one of the founders, who does this work himself and has lived in the brand's creative for years, so feedback comes straight from someone who actually does it. You'd own the fun part, the concepts, angles and ideas, with room to grow as we scale and real reward in Q4 when it pays off.
