You will be expected to: - Find new consumer insights, angles and creative opportunities. - Turn those insights into clear concepts, scripts and creator and editor briefings. - Work with creators, editors and designers to bring your concepts to life. - Review drafts and provide clear feedback on edits and content. - Analyze performance and apply the learnings to future concepts. - Help increase élanora’s creative hit rate over time. Once fully onboarded, the target will be approximately: 40-50 new creative concepts per month. Quality and commercial performance remain more important than producing volume without purpose. Identify patterns behind winning and losing concepts. - Understand which hooks, angles, formats and creators work best. - Help determine which concepts should be scaled, iterated or discontinued. - Translate performance insights into new concepts. - Build a repeatable creative learning process within your pod. - Develop messaging that feels persuasive without becoming aggressive or gimmicky.
