Creative Strategist for 8-Figure DTC Brand (Full-Time, Long-Term) We're a fast-growing, eight-figure direct-to-consumer brand in the faith and history space. We're doing strong daily revenue, we're profitable, and we're scaling hard into Q4. Almost all of that growth comes down to one thing: the strength of our creative. We're looking for a creative strategist to own that for us, end to end. This is a full-time, long-term role, not a one-off project. We run heavy, aggressive direct-response marketing on Meta. No brand fluff. Everything we do is built to perform. WHAT YOU'LL OWN You'll own the full creative pipeline from start to finish for our native ads on Meta: - Researching the customer (their pain, their language, the forums and comments they live in) and turning that into winning angles - Concepting the angles, hooks, and ad ideas that go into testing every week - Writing and directing long-form native "advertorial" ads and the hooks that stop the scroll - Briefing designers and UGC creators with clear, specific creative direction - Watching the performance data and doubling down on what works, killing what doesn't This is a true ownership role. You drive the concepts, you drive the angles, and you're accountable for the creative that moves the number. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven native ads experience. This is the core of the role, so you must have actually written and concepted native/advertorial-style direct-response ads that performed - You understand hooks, angles, and why people actually buy - Strong copywriting instincts. You can write a scroll-stopping hook and a long-form native ad that reads like a real person wrote it, not a sales pitch. - Aggressive, fast, and relentless about testing. You don't get precious about your ideas. The data decides - You can prove your results, not just show pretty work HOW WE WORK - Tight feedback loops, direct communication, no bureaucracy. You'll work closely with the founder - We move fast and reward people who move the number - Compensation: $5k+ per month base, plus performance bonuses. The person who cracks the creative shares in what it makes - We start with a paid trial project (paid in advance) on real work, so both sides can confirm it's a fit before committing full-time TO APPLY Please start your reply with the word "NATIVE" so we know you read this all the way through.
