Summary

I’m looking for a Creative Strategist to help improve the performance of my clients’ Meta and TikTok ad campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be reviewing approximately 6–7 ad creatives each week, developing new creative testing ideas, writing creative briefs, and providing actionable feedback to video editors and UGC creators. You’ll work directly with me to identify winning hooks, angles, messaging, and concepts based on campaign performance. Experience with performance marketing, direct-response advertising, and paid social creatives is highly preferred.
