Creative Strategist (in-house, long-term) Hey, we're a fast-growing DTC brand and we're looking for a creative strategist to join our team for the long run. Not a one-off gig. We want someone who grows with us. What you'll do: - Write briefings for our video ads and work closely with our editor to bring them to life. - Create static ads and images yourself. - Do your own research, spot trends, and come up with fresh angles and ideas. - Help us scale and grow. What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially Claude and Higgsfield. - Someone who's genuinely driven and wants to work, not just clock hours. - A self-starter who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do. - Good creative instincts and a feel for what makes ads convert.
