As we continue to grow, we're investing heavily in creative testing and performance marketing to reach more people who can benefit from our products. **Role Overview We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn performance insights into high-converting creative concepts for paid social advertising, primarily on Meta. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, psychology, and storytelling. You will own the ideation process—from identifying winning angles and messaging opportunities to creating detailed creative briefs that our video editing team can execute. You won't be responsible for editing the ads yourself; your focus will be developing concepts, messaging, and creative strategy that help us scale our creative testing efforts. **What You'll Do Creative Strategy & Concept Development -Develop new creative angles, concepts, and ad formats for Meta campaigns -Translate performance data into actionable creative opportunities -Identify trends, audience insights, and messaging themes that can improve results -Continuously generate fresh concepts to support creative testing velocity Brief Creation & Messaging -Write clear, actionable creative briefs for video editors -Develop hooks, scripts, headlines, and messaging frameworks -Apply direct-response copywriting principles across creative assets -Create multiple testing variations based on winning concepts Performance Analysis -Review campaign performance data to identify learnings and opportunities -Collaborate with Growth team members to understand what is and isn't working -Use insights to inform future creative direction and testing priorities **What You Bring Must-Have Experience -Experience creating performance-focused creative for DTC or ecommerce brands -Strong direct-response copywriting skills -Proven ability to independently generate creative concepts and marketing angles -Experience working with Meta advertising creative -Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate findings into creative strategy Nice-to-Have -Experience in health, wellness, fitness, recovery, or consumer products -Familiarity with UGC-style advertising -Experience working in fast-growing startups or high-performance marketing teams Who You Are -Creative, curious, and highly self-directed -Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight -Fast-moving and execution-oriented -Able to balance creativity with performance goals -Excited by testing, learning, and continuous improvement **Why Join Us -Help shape the creative strategy behind a fast-growing wellness brand -Work directly with a lean, high-impact Growth team -Enjoy flexibility while contributing meaningful work -Play a key role in helping more people discover products that improve quality of life How to Apply Please include: -Relevant experience working with DTC or ecommerce brands -Examples of creative concepts, briefs, or campaigns you've developed -Your expected hourly rate
