We are looking for a highly creative thinker who understands human attention, emotional storytelling, and internet culture at a deep level. Your role is NOT to edit videos or create graphics. Your role is to develop original ad concepts, emotional narratives, hooks, pacing direction, and creative frameworks that our production team can execute. You should be able to: * Create impossible-to-ignore ad concepts * Break repetitive storytelling patterns * Understand why people stop scrolling * Turn ideas into clear creative direction * Think beyond templates and trends We value: * Original thinking * Strong taste and judgment * Psychological understanding * Fast learning ability * Deep understanding of modern content culture This role is for thinkers, not just creators.
