Summary

What you'll do: - Develop monthly creative strategies based on performance data and market research - Research competitors and trending creatives in our space - Write detailed briefs for all content types: video ads, product shots, AI-generated content - Develop hooks, angles, and concepts for paid and organic content - Analyze performance weekly and identify what is working and what is not - Suggest new creative tests based on data - Report to the founder with a short weekly summary What we're looking for: - Proven experience as a creative strategist for DTC brands - Strong understanding of what makes content perform: hook, body, CTA - Experience writing detailed creative briefs - Ability to spot winning angles from competitor research and organic content - Data-driven mindset. You base decisions on numbers, not opinions - Familiarity with paid social performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, hold rate)
