Our focus: building trust, delivering value, and expanding rapidly across the U.S. market. To support our growth engine, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist Assistant who is fast, fluent in English, experienced in e-commerce, and ready to contribute immediately while continuing to learn and evolve. 🔧 What You’ll Do 👉🏼Develop structured creative briefs for video editors (hooks, angles, scripts, references, key claims, pacing, etc.) 👉🏼 Collaborate closely with the video editor to produce high-performing ads 👉🏼 Conduct market and competitor research to identify winning concepts and creative insights 👉🏼 Produce basic static creatives (image ads) when needed 👉🏼 Assist in planning, analyzing, and optimizing creative performance for Meta Ads 👉🏼 Support the creation of landing pages, ad copy, and other assets aligned with our medically-oriented brand voice 👉🏼 Organize and maintain a streamlined creative pipeline to ensure speed and consistency 👉🏼 Adapt quickly based on data, iterate, test, and scale what works 🧠 Mandatory Skills & Experience We’re not looking for someone to “learn from zero.” You must bring a functional baseline: - Fluent in French and in English (written + spoken) - Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands - Ability to create clear, actionable briefs for video editors - Basic design ability to produce simple statics - Strong understanding of Meta Ads fundamentals (creative testing, metrics, audience behavior) and performance metrics for ecommerce. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative cycles - Fast learner with a strong bias toward execution and iteration - We want someone who embodies that mentality — adaptable, curious, and driven to improve. 🚀 Why This Role Matters? 👉🏼 Creative is the frontline of our growth.
