We're looking for a **Creative Video Editor** who understands that great editing is more than cutting clips—it's about telling stories, creating emotion, and inspiring action. If you're someone who can transform raw footage into content that makes people stop scrolling, feel connected, and want to experience our events, we'd love to hear from you. --- #Your Responsibilities You will work closely with our Marketing Team to create high-quality video content, including: * Instagram Reels * YouTube Shorts * YouTube long-form videos * Event highlight films * Retreat recap videos * Educational content * Interviews and testimonials * Promotional videos * Social media advertisements --- ## What We're Looking For # Storytelling You know how to: * Create emotional and inspiring narratives. * Build videos with strong hooks and satisfying endings. * Keep viewers engaged throughout the video. * Transform ordinary footage into compelling stories. * Capture authentic human moments and emotions. # Technical Skills You are experienced with: * Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. * Professional video editing. * Color correction and basic color grading. * Audio cleanup and sound design. * Motion graphics and animated text. * Social media captions and subtitles. * Platform-specific exports (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Experience with **After Effects** is a strong advantage. # Creative Mindset We're not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We want someone who can: * Suggest better storytelling ideas. * Recommend stronger hooks. * Improve pacing and emotional impact. * Choose music intentionally. * Identify the most powerful moments from large amounts of footage. * Think like a content creator, not just an editor. * Contribute creative ideas during content planning. # Bonus Qualifications Experience editing: * Retreats * Workshops * Events * Documentary-style content * Lifestyle or wellness brands * Personal development content Understanding of social media trends, audience retention, and content performance is highly valued. --- ## Monthly Scope Your typical monthly workload includes: * Up to **30 short-form videos** (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) * Up to **4 long-form videos** * Up to **2 rounds of revisions** per project * File organization and project management * Collaboration with the Marketing Team * Creative input during content planning when needed Some months may be lighter, while others—especially after live events—may require additional editing.
