Creative & AI Virtual Assistant - Meta Ads + Short-Form Video (Long-Term)

We are an Australian AI and digital marketing company looking for a creative, dependable assistant to help produce client-ready Meta ad creatives and short-form videos. This is not a general data-entry role. We need someone with genuine visual judgment who can take a goal, rough idea or client brief, develop creative concepts, and turn the best ideas into polished finished assets. The role will begin at approximately 20 hours per week through a paid 30-day trial. Strong performance can lead to a long-term role and additional hours. WHAT YOU WILL CREATE - Static Meta and social media ads - Carousels and creative variations for testing - Short-form videos for Reels, paid ads and social content - Captions, subtitles, hooks, B-roll and simple motion graphics - Adaptations of existing creative into new formats and sizes - Organised source files and reusable branded templates HOW YOU WILL USE AI - Develop and expand creative concepts - Research audiences, competitors and content angles - Draft hooks, captions and variations - Speed up repetitive production work - Check your own work for accuracy, clarity and brand consistency AI should improve your thinking and production speed. It should not replace creative judgment or quality control. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - A strong portfolio containing both social graphics and short-form video - Proven ability with Canva and CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve - Good understanding of Meta advertising creative and attention-grabbing social content - Ability to turn a rough direction into two or three considered concepts - Strong written and spoken English - Dependable communication, organisation and deadline management - Confidence using ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools - Willingness to occasionally join a client call to clarify a creative brief - At least three working hours overlapping with the Sydney business day Experience supporting an agency or producing work for real estate, professional services or local businesses is useful but not essential. Strong work matters more than degrees or certificates. Applicants based in the Philippines are preferred, but exceptional applicants elsewhere are welcome.
