Toon (toon.fm) is a free mini-site builder for artists & event promoters. We're growing fast and looking for a creative strategist to lead how we acquire users through paid social. You'll be responsible for: Media buying — planning, launching, managing and optimising paid social campaigns (primarily Meta/Instagram, with TikTok potential): budgets, audiences, testing and reporting against CAC/ROAS targets. Ad concept ideation — developing concepts, angles and hooks for short-form video and static ads that resonate with promoters and the wider music/events community. Script creation — writing tight, punchy short-form video scripts (hooks, voiceover, on-screen copy, basic shot direction) ready to hand to an editor. You'll be a great fit if you have: Proven experience running paid social campaigns with real performance results (please share numbers) A strong portfolio of ad concepts and/or scripts, ideally for short-form video A sharp instinct for hooks and angles — you know what makes people stop scrolling Comfort owning budgets and making data-driven optimisation calls Clear written English and the ability to brief a production team
