Job Opening: Creative Strategist for High-Growth Dropshipping Business We are an ambitious dropshipping company on track to achieve 8-figure sales this year, and we're looking for a talented Creative Strategist to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping and scaling our Facebook ad creative strategy for fashion products. If you're a sharp, data-driven creative thinker with a passion for FB ads and performance marketing, this could be the perfect role for you! What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following must-have qualifications: Proven experience developing creative strategies for Facebook ads – You understand what makes a scroll-stopping ad and how to translate insights into winning concepts. Deep understanding of the Facebook ads ecosystem – Familiarity with e-commerce, dropshipping, and performance marketing is a must. Ability to analyze ad performance data – You can read Meta Ads Manager, identify winners/losers, and turn learnings into new creative angles. Strong concepting skills – You can brief hooks, angles, scripts, and static/video concepts that convert. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow a structured workflow. Excellent communication skills – You'll be collaborating daily via Slack and other tools with editors, video creators, and media buyers. Experience working with Google Sheets and Google Drive for creative tracking, briefs, and reporting. Ability to lead a creative pipeline and meet deadlines consistently. Availability: You should be able to dedicate 4-10 hours per day, 7 days a week. Preferred But Not Required: Experience with workflow management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp). Prior experience working in the dropshipping (fashion) industry. Experience briefing UGC creators, video editors, and photo editors. Familiarity with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, CapCut, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver winning creative concepts daily for our Facebook ads — hooks, angles, scripts, and visual directions. Analyze ad performance and use insights to inform the next round of creatives. Brief and direct editors, video creators, and UGC talent to bring concepts to life. Research competitors, trends, and viral content to stay ahead of the market. Collaborate with the team in Slack/Trello to ensure smooth communication and alignment on projects. Maintain quality control over all creative output, ensuring it meets our high standards and matches our brand voice. Manage your workflow effectively, making sure deadlines are consistently met.
