Creator Partner Manager — Outreach (TikTok + Instagram)

I'd love to work with you. We're scaling a UGC creator campaign for an app and looking for a creator partner manager focused on outreach. You'd start with a creator list we already have, then move into sourcing and bringing in new ones — we manage everything after that, so your focus stays purely on outreach. What you'll do: - Reach out to creators from our existing list via DM - Source new creators on TikTok and Instagram and DM them - Follow up and bring them into our campaign (we handle onboarding + management from there) - Keep everyone tracked in a shared Google Sheet so the team stays in sync How it works: - We provide the creator list, message templates, and clear criteria — so you can start right away - Outreach across TikTok DMs, comments, Instagram DMs, and email - Consistent, high-volume outreach; warm and genuine, never spammy Pay & growth: - Hourly base plus performance bonuses — $5 for every creator you bring into our group and $25 for every creator who posts their first video - This role scales as the campaign grows; we want someone long-term We'd love to start as soon as possible.
