Creator Success Coordinator

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and creative Creator Success Coordinator to support digital content creators with brand growth, content organization, audience engagement strategies, and day to day operational support. This role will work closely with creators to help streamline content workflows, develop promotional ideas, coordinate marketing efforts, and identify opportunities for growth across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Assist creators with content planning and organization Develop creative promotional ideas and campaign concepts Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules Provide feedback on photos, videos, and branding materials Assist with photo selection, editing coordination, and content optimization Research trends and content opportunities across social media platforms Brainstorm audience engagement strategies Track creator performance metrics and growth initiatives Support outreach and collaboration opportunities Maintain creator documents, profiles, and operational records Assist with project management and creator onboarding Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing Creative mindset with the ability to generate content ideas Familiarity with Canva and basic photo editing tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail oriented and self motivated Experience supporting influencers, creators, brands, or digital businesses is preferred Preferred Skills Canva CapCut Adobe Express Google Workspace Social Media Management Tools Basic Graphic Design Content Strategy
