Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist (Remote)

### About Us Bridge Billing Services is a growing medical billing company with over 11 years of experience serving healthcare providers nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to join our team and assist with provider credentialing, payer enrollments, and ongoing provider maintenance. ### Responsibilities * Complete and submit provider credentialing applications with commercial and government payers. * Manage provider enrollments, revalidations, and recredentialing projects. * Maintain and update provider information in CAQH. * Follow up with insurance companies regarding application status. * Track credentialing and enrollment progress to ensure timely completion. * Communicate with providers and internal staff regarding outstanding requirements. * Maintain accurate credentialing records and documentation. * Research payer requirements and resolve enrollment issues. * Monitor expiring licenses, malpractice insurance, and certifications. * Assist with delegated credentialing projects when applicable. ### Requirements * Minimum 2 years of healthcare credentialing and enrollment experience. * Strong knowledge of CAQH maintenance and attestations. * Experience credentialing providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans. * Familiarity with payer portals such as Availity, Optum, Carelon, and individual payer websites. * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. * Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working remotely and independently. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with provider enrollment and contracting. * Medical billing knowledge is a plus. * Experience working with behavioral health, primary care, or specialty providers. * Familiarity with credentialing tracking software. ### What We're Looking For We need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the credentialing process from start to finish.
