Crop Music Videos into Vertical Shorts

I'm an independent musician. I have five finished music videos (2–5.5 min each, ~14 min total) and need them turned into the maximum number of strong vertical clips for TikTok/Reels/Shorts. The videos are ALREADY edited — this is selects + reframing work, not editing. The skill I'm hiring for is judgment on where a short should start and stop. Deliverables: - ~40–50 clips, 9:16, 1080x1920, MP4 - Your call on in/out points - Smart reframing on the crop (track the subject where needed) - 15s AND 25s versions of the strongest segments - No captions, no text, no watermarks - Filenames: songname_segment#_length - Delivered as one flat Drive folder Process: paid 5-clip test first, then the full batch on approval.
