About the Role We are seeking a senior-level VP – Crypto Trading & Institutional Markets to lead strategy, execution, and growth of digital asset trading and institutional market operations. The role focuses on building scalable trading frameworks, institutional client solutions, and cross-asset crypto market infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of crypto trading, capital markets, risk management, and blockchain-based financial systems. The position requires strong leadership in both traditional financial markets and digital asset ecosystems. You will drive trading strategy, liquidity partnerships, and institutional adoption of crypto products. This role is suited for someone with deep experience in banking, trading, and digital assets transformation.
