Curriculum Designer / Workforce Development Consultant for 12-Week IT Career Accelerator Program

We are building a 12-week IT Career Accelerator Program to help early-career IT professionals develop the technical, communication, customer service, and workplace skills needed for entry-level IT support and MSP roles. We already have a strong vision and outline for the program. We are looking for an experienced consultant to help us refine, structure, and enhance the curriculum and overall learning experience. This is a workforce development and career readiness initiative, not an academic or certification-focused training program. Our goal is to prepare participants to succeed in real-world IT support and MSP environments. The program includes: • IT Fundamentals (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management) • Business English and communication skills • Customer service and client interaction • Workplace readiness and professional development • Hands-on labs and real-world IT scenarios We are not looking for someone to create content from scratch. We are looking for someone who can help us improve the curriculum, pacing, accountability, engagement, and program design. Ideal experience includes curriculum design, instructional design, workforce development, technical training programs, IT bootcamps, MSP/help desk operations, or career readiness programs.
