The goal of this project is to create comprehensive student workbooks and structured lesson plans for a series of 12 one-hour lessons targeting elementary-level learners. The curriculum must seamlessly transition students from CEFR level A1 to A2 (the target output level of the materials will be CEFR A2). A core requirement of this contract is the use of Twee.com. We are looking for a tech-savvy educator who knows how to leverage this AI-powered platform to streamline lesson planning, generate exercises, and accelerate material creation without sacrificing pedagogical quality. Scope of Work & Deliverables For each of the 12 lessons, you will deliver: 1. Student Workbook Content: Highly engaging, interactive resources, exercises, and activities that fill a 1-hour lesson block. 2. Detailed Lesson Plans: A complete guide for the delivery teacher, including: • A minute-by-minute structural breakdown and time allocation. • Teacher preparation notes. • A step-by-step teaching guide. Project Milestones & Payment Schedule This contract will be managed via 4 fixed-price milestones (3 lessons per milestone). Payment will be released upon review and approval of each batch: Required Qualifications • Strong background in ESL/EFL/ELICOS curriculum development or instructional design. • Deep understanding of the CEFR framework, specifically tailoring content precisely to the A2 level. • Hands-on proficiency with Twee.com for language material generation. • Ability to design structured, well-paced 1-hour lessons balancing teacher input and student production. • Flawless English copyediting skills. • TESOL or equivalent
