Customer Feedback Calls (Non-Sales) – US English

Summary We are an e-commerce brand selling dietary supplements in the US market, and we are looking for a native American English speaker to help us conduct customer feedback phone calls. ⚠️ This is NOT a sales role. The purpose of these calls is purely to collect honest customer feedback to help us improve our product and customer experience. What you’ll do: Call existing customers who have already purchased our product Conduct short, friendly calls (3–5 minutes) Ask 3–5 predefined questions (script provided) Record each call (with customer consent) Take clear, detailed notes in a Google Sheet Upload call recordings to Google Drive and share the link Requirements: Native American English speaker with full language mastery Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers Calm, friendly, and professional communication style Organized and detail-oriented Deliverables: Audio recording of each completed call Google Sheet filled with customer responses (using their own words as much as possible) Key verbatim quotes when relevant Important notes: No selling, no upselling, no discounts No cold calling — only existing customers Calls must clearly be introduced as non-sales feedback calls Customers must be informed and agree to call recording Compensation & Work Details: - $2.5 per completed answered call (no payment if the customer does not respond). - Between 50 and 300 calls per week - We are looking for a long-term collaboration If you have experience with customer interviews, customer research, or feedback calls, that’s a big plus.
