Customer Information Verification & Contact Research Specialist

Orion Cordage is seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to help verify and update customer account information within our database. The primary objective is to ensure our customer records are accurate, complete, and current, including company contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and other relevant information. This is an ongoing project with the potential for additional work based on performance. Responsibilities Review assigned customer account records. Verify company contact information using public sources, company websites, LinkedIn, industry directories, and other legitimate resources. Confirm or update: Contact names Job titles Email addresses Phone numbers Company addresses Purchasing, procurement, operations, safety, or maintenance contacts when available Identify outdated or invalid contact information. Document sources used for verification when requested. Maintain data accuracy and consistency throughout the project. Provide progress updates on a regular basis. Qualifications Experience with online research, lead generation, or data enrichment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with LinkedIn, company websites, and business databases. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
