Customer Lead Follow-Up and Customer Service Specialist

We’re looking for a reliable team member to follow up with customer leads from our advertising campaigns and respond quickly to new leads during business hours. This role is ideal for someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and help keep our lead pipeline moving smoothly. If you’re dependable and comfortable handling customer inquiries, we’d love to hear from you. Our goal is simple: *Respond to every customer quickly. *Be friendly and professional. *Schedule as many qualified in-home consultations as possible. Leave every customer with a great first impression. You are often the first person customers speak with, so your communication represents our company. Daily responsibilities include: *Answer incoming phone calls. *Reply to Facebook leads. (Around 15 Leads/day) *Reply to website leads. *Call new leads. *Schedule appointments. *Confirm appointments. *Follow up with customers. *Answer basic product questions. *Record detailed notes inside the CRM. *Escalate technical questions to management. Our Goal With Every Customer Your primary goal is NOT to sell products. Your goal is to: *Build trust. *Understand customer needs. *Schedule a free consultation. The consultation is where we help customers choose products. First Response Time Every new lead should be contacted: *Within 5 minutes whenever possible. *Never longer than 10 minutes during business hours. (10:00 am - 9:00 pm/7 Days a Week) Customers who receive fast responses are much more likely to book an appointment.
