Customer Service Agent & Basic Image Editing - Dutch Speaking

SUMMARY The Dutch Label Shop is looking for a Customer Service Representative & (Basic) Graphic Designer. The position is 50% customer service and 50% graphic design. Fluent in Dutch and English. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through phone, chat, email. The Graphic Design work is reviewing and adjusting images that customers upload for their orders. You will need to have basic image editing experience, preferrrably with Photoshop. - 100% Remote - Full time. European work hours. COMPANY DESCRIPTION Dutchlabelshop.com is a webshop. which specializes in small quantity custom clothing labels for the fashion industry, fashion designers, and various other (fabric related) businesses, like crafters, boutique shop owners and upholstery artists. We also have a growing custom patches business. Founded in 2013. Our EU office is based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), which serves as our European office for Customer Service. Our US office is based in Philadelphia, PA. We ship from 5 distribution centers; USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Netherlands. JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Service (50%) Responsible for handling customer inquiries for English customers through phone, chat, and email. Provide the customer with a solution-oriented customer service experience which addresses the customer issue/request and is clear, honest, positive and constructive. - Take ownership of addressing customer issues - Processes: tickets, action lists, escalations, and refunds - Systems: order and helpdesk systems (Magento and Freshdesk) - Be proactive in proposing improvements and informing management on recurring customer issues. Graphic Design (50%) Upload images (label designs) need to be reviewed and sometimes adjusted. Basic image editing skills are required and we will teach you the rest. REQUIREMENTS - Fluent in Dutch and English - Responsible and with a drive to listen to, understand and provide solutions to the customer - Positive, constructive and professional attitude. - Can prioritize and organize properly - Reliable and fast internet connection - Basic Image Editing Skills / Experience, preferably in photoshop - Eager to learn and has the ambition to develop within the position and to increase responsibilities and scope - Use appropriate judgment taking decisions versus escalating to management - Able to work under pressure to meet daily workload - Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage confidential information - Ability to learn and challenge processes, procedures, and systems
