Customer Service Agent – Shopify & Dropshipping We're a growing dropshipping brand looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. We're looking for someone who understands dropshipping customer behavior and knows how to handle the day-to-day of a Shopify store. What you'll be doing: Responding to customers via email, live chat, and Meta messages Managing refunds, complaints, and order-related issues Documenting cases and occurrences in Google Sheets Escalating complex situations to management when needed Tools we use: Shopify Reamaze or Moose Desk (preferred) Google Sheets Slack DeepL What we're looking for: Experience in customer support, ideally in eCommerce or dropshipping Fluent written and spoken English Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with potential to increase Organized, self-driven, and eager to grow with the brand To apply, send your CV and a brief introduction.
