Customer Service VA (Dropshipping)

Hi there, For our rapidly growing e-commerce/dropshipping business, we are hiring for an additional Customer Service employee. If you are available, we are happy to onboard the right candidate immediately potentially starting as soon as this week. We are looking for a long-term relationship, and you will be joining a team that has been established from the beginning. Core requirements: - Ability to work both weekend days - Quick and clear communication - Honor the comments made - Preferably experience with Zendesk, Re:amaze, or a similar CS system - Problem-Solving abilities - Time management - Positive attitude - Dropshipping customer service experience You will be the face of the company as you will be in direct contact with our customers, aiming to keep them satisfied and minimize refunds and similar issues.
