ABOUT Cire Homes Cire Homes is a U.S.-based short-term rental (Airbnb) management company focused on excellent guest experiences, fast response times, and strong operational systems. We manage multiple properties and operate using clear SOPs and accountability. We are hiring reliable, customer-focused Customer Service VAs for long-term roles. ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join and handle guest and client communication across short-term rental platforms. This role is ideal for someone calm, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple conversations at once. Training, scripts, and SOPs will be provided. Training IS PAID at 3/hr. After you complete training, you will be paid commensurate with your experience and skill set. The first 6 weeks of employment are the training period. RESPONSIBILITIES Guest & Client Support Respond to guest messages promptly and professionally Answer questions about check-in, check-out, house rules, and amenities Handle guest concerns and complaints calmly Escalate urgent issues following SOPs Communication & Documentation Log issues, resolutions, and follow-ups accurately Maintain clear notes and communication records Quality & Compliance Follow response guidelines and tone standards Ensure guest satisfaction and issue resolution Support review-related follow-ups when requested REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT) Apply only if you meet all requirements: Based in the Philippines Strong written and spoken English Stable internet connection, Phone, noise-cancelling headphones, and a personal computer Calm, professional, and customer-focused Detail-oriented and reliable Able to follow SOPs exactly Comfortable handling multiple chats/messages Preferred (Not Required): Customer service or VA experience Hospitality, Airbnb, or property management exposure Experience with chat/email support tools WORK SCHEDULE Must overlap with U.S. business hours Consistent availability required Long-term role only
