Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting customers via email, live chat, and phone, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds * Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions * Process orders and update customer information when needed * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions * Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: * Previous customer service experience preferred * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or similar support platforms is a plus We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer support.
