Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote) Industry: Pet Care Services Pay: $5 to $10 Per Hour Business Hours: US Eastern Time Zone, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday & 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week (6, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts) Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at DogiZone, you will be the frontline of our customer interaction, ensuring that every engagement is a positive experience. Your role will include managing reservations, responding to customer inquiries through various channels, and supporting our mission of delivering WOW service at every touchpoint. This is a permanent position, with strong growth potential for the right candidate, and you will be asked to consistently work up to 40 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time hours of 8 AM to 8 PM. There may be some flexibility in designing your work shifts, provided that they are within the above hours. Essential Duties: Serve as the primary interface with current and potential clients, handling phone calls, texts, emails, and web chat. Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with clients. Record and manage reservations, scheduling training, lodging, daycare, and grooming appointments. Confirm appointments and ensure schedules are full. Accurately maintain pet check in information, ensuring feeding and medication instructions are correct. Log all client communications in our CRM. Perform administrative duties such as contacting vets for vaccination updates, maintaining accurate client information, and managing client mailing lists. Monitor pet vaccinations and ensure compliance with DogiZone procedures. Conduct outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and existing clients, promoting specials and services. Address customer issues with the website, services, or accounts, escalating as necessary. Update customer account histories and notes after each interaction. Maintain exceptional customer service and seek ways to improve operations, pet care quality, and service offerings. Requirements: 100% English fluency verbal and written skills Ability to work up to 40 hours per week from a quiet, secure, and private location. Must attend weekly team meetings and training sessions via Zoom (Monday - Friday). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about animals and committed to exceptional pet care. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Strong customer relationship skills and effective record-keeping abilities. Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays U.S. Eastern Time. Team-oriented with a cheerful, friendly, and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt. Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance. Ability to offer and sell additional services.
