📞 Virtual Client Relations Officer (Remote) Type: Remote Contractor Pay: $100 AUD per week + bonuses Hours: On-call Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Perth WA time About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, professional person with excellent English to answer client calls and assist with basic admin tasks. Most calls are: * Project status updates * New customer enquiries * Taking messages and escalating issues When call volume is quiet, you’ll assist with simple admin tasks such as posting job ads, updating spreadsheets, and reviewing applications. How the Role Works This is an on-call position. You must be available during the agreed hours and able to answer calls quickly when they come through. Some days you may receive multiple calls.
