Summary

**Title:** Customer Service & Booking Coordinator (Remote) – U.S. Moving Company (Agency Preferred) We are looking to partner with a reliable and professional agency that can provide a dedicated Customer Service & Booking Coordinator to support our growing moving company. Your team member’s primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert estimates into confirmed bookings. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming phone calls from customers. * Respond to text messages and emails promptly. * Follow up with customers who have received estimates. * Schedule moving jobs and update our booking system. * Explain our services and pricing clearly. * Confirm upcoming appointments. * Escalate unusual situations or customer complaints when necessary. * Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with every customer. **Requirements** * Agency must provide a dedicated representative assigned to our account. * Excellent spoken and written English. * Previous customer service or call center experience. * Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers by phone. * Experience using CRM or scheduling software. * Strong internet connection and quiet work environment. * Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. * Sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus. **Preferred Experience** * Virtual Assistant * Appointment Setter * Dispatcher * Sales Representative * Customer Support * Call Center Agent When applying, please include: 1.
