Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist — SaaS Platform (AI Content & SEO Tools)

We're looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to help new users get up and running on Sianex AI — and keep them engaged, successful, and subscribed. About Sianex AI: Sianex AI is a subscription SaaS platform that helps businesses and agencies generate AI-powered blog posts, social media content, and website pages — then auto-publish to 12+ channels. Plans range from $79/mo to $599/mo. Your Role: Own the post-signup experience — from first login to first published post. Reduce churn by making every new subscriber understand the platform and see real results fast. Responsibilities: - Onboard new subscribers via video call, Loom, or chat - Guide users through: workspace setup, Brand Kit generation, channel connections, first post - Monitor trial users and reach out proactively before trial expiry - Handle support tickets and how-to questions - Identify at-risk accounts and run save campaigns - Relay user feedback to the product team - Create onboarding videos or help docs as needed You're a fit if you have: - 2+ years in SaaS customer success, onboarding, or support - Warm, clear English communication - Comfortable running screen-share demos - Familiarity with AI tools, content marketing, or SEO (strong advantage) - Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, Notion, or Loom We offer: - Flexible remote hours + full platform access - Direct line to the founding team — your feedback shapes the product - Stable ongoing contract with growth potential To apply, include: a SaaS product you've supported, how you handled a near-cancellation, and your timezone.
