Summary

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly responsive Customer Service Agent to join our concierge and cleaning services company on a long-term, ongoing basis. You will be the first point of contact for our clients โ€” handling their requests, answering their questions, and making sure every interaction reflects the quality standard of our brand. This role is fully remote. Communication happens exclusively via WhatsApp Business and phone calls. No email. No ticketing system. Just clear, warm, professional messaging โ€” in French and English. ๐ŸŽฏ What you'll be doing Respond to incoming WhatsApp messages and phone calls from clients and service providers Handle booking confirmations, scheduling adjustments, follow-ups, and complaints Relay operational information between clients and our cleaning/concierge teams Ensure every client feels heard, informed, and satisfied Follow communication scripts and templates provided during onboarding Flag urgent issues to management in a timely manner Keep a simple log of interactions (template provided) ๐Ÿ•— Working schedule 6 days a week โ€” Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (CET / Paris time) You must be genuinely available and responsive during these hours This is not a "check once a day" role โ€” we expect replies within 15 to 30 minutes during working hours ๐ŸŒ Languages French: fluent or native โ€” MANDATORY (90% of interactions are in French) English: professional written and spoken level (for occasional international clients) โœ… What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a client-facing role Excellent written communication โ€” clear, polite, professional tone Comfortable and experienced with WhatsApp Business Reliable, punctual, and organized Calm and solution-oriented โ€” especially with unhappy clients Available to work consistently during required hours (not managing 10 other clients simultaneously) No technical background required โ€” full onboarding and scripts provided ๐Ÿšซ This role is NOT for you ifโ€ฆ You are not fluent in French You cannot commit to 6 days/week, 8 AM โ€“ 8 PM CET You are looking for a short-term or one-time gig You need more than 30 minutes to respond to a WhatsApp message during working hours ๐Ÿค What we offer Stable, long-term collaboration Clear onboarding: scripts, templates, and processes fully documented Respectful and professional work environment Competitive hourly rate based on experience Are you genuinely available Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM Paris time?
