We’re seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead a growing support team and improve customer satisfaction. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage support workflows, and help resolve complex customer issues. The role also includes training and mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to improve response times and service quality. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who can build a strong support culture and drive consistent, reliable customer service.
