Customer Support Representatives for Stablecoin Payments App

We're a B2B and B2C stablecoin payments fintech serving cross-border remittance corridors into the Philippines, Mexico, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Colombia, and we're hiring two customer support representatives. You'll handle live chat, email and in-app tickets across our mobile app and Telegram mini-app: resolving transaction and payout queries, guiding users through KYC verification, escalating technical issues to engineering, and keeping first-response times tight. Our stack is Zendesk for ticketing, Airtable for case tracking and reporting, and Brevo for customer messaging — hands-on experience with these is required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fintech, payments or crypto support and excellent written English. Familiarity with stablecoins, remittance flows or KYC/AML processes is a strong plus. Ongoing role with weekend and off-hours coverage.
