Please submit a proposal only if your location falls within our supported hiring regions.** Responsibilities Provide professional live chat, voice call, and video call support Communicate with customers, business contacts, and potential partners Respond to inquiries clearly and professionally Schedule and coordinate meetings and follow-ups Assist with online meetings and customer conversations Maintain regular communication with international contacts Provide basic administrative and virtual assistant support Be available across different time zones when required Requirements Fluent spoken and written English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable participating in voice and video calls Professional appearance and communication style during business video meetings Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for calls Ability to communicate confidently with international customers Good organizational and time-management skills Experience in customer support, virtual assistance, sales support, or business development is preferred Ability to work independently and respond reliably Working Regions The role will involve communication with people across: Europe Asia United States Therefore, flexible availability across international time zones is highly preferred.
