Handle disputes and chargebacks on platforms such as PayPal and Klarna. Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups. Provide excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and workflows. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in customer service, specifically in eCommerce and dropshipping. Strong understanding of dispute resolution processes on PayPal and Klarna. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset and ability to work without needing constant direction. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
