**Daytime Customer Service & Call Answerer** Day Translations is looking for a friendly and dependable person to answer customer calls and provide basic customer service during daytime hours. **Schedule:** * Full-time, 5 days per week * Daytime working hours **Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming customer calls * Respond to emails and chat messages * Help customers with translation and interpreting requests * Collect basic project information * Forward requests to the correct team member * Provide friendly and professional customer service **Requirements:** * Excellent English communication skills * Comfortable speaking with customers by phone * Reliable internet connection and computer * Dependable, organized, and willing to learn * Previous customer service experience is preferred This position may offer future opportunities for growth within Day Translations.
