Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified U.S. customs expert and licensed customs broker to support us in navigating U.S. Customs procedures and requirements. In particular, we are looking for assistance with filing duty refund claims under the recent Supreme Court ruling related to IEEPA tariffs. Ideally, the partner should have experience with the ACE portal and CAPE filing process, and be able to guide us through compliance, documentation, and submission to ensure timely and accurate recovery of duties.
