About DEEN DEEN is building something different. We're not simply running martial arts courses or organising events. We're building a movement. Our mission is to raise standards in martial arts through education, instructor development, leadership, community, and professional development. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of that journey and help build an organisation from the ground up. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and making things happen. SPECIAL NOTE! We're not looking for someone to simply complete tasks. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a respected organisation that raises standards and creates a lasting positive impact within the martial arts community. The Opportunity Initially, this is a 5-hour per week position. As DEEN grows, we expect this role to grow with it into a much larger position. We're looking for someone who understands that their role isn't simply administration. Your job is to help grow the organisation. Your Mission Your primary mission is simple: Find good people. What You'll Do Lead Management Contact new enquiries promptly. Vet and qualify leads. Book discovery calls. Follow up enquiries consistently. Keep Zoho CRM fully updated. Ensure no opportunity is ever lost. Community & Culture Building Help build a genuine community around DEEN by: Welcoming new members. Building relationships with instructors and clubs. Maintaining regular contact with our community. Celebrating achievements. Encouraging engagement. Representing the DEEN values in every interaction. We're building a culture—not simply a customer database. Instructor Recruitment Help identify coaches and instructors who: Believe in continual learning. Have strong ethics. Put students before ego. Want structured development. Value professionalism. Believe in raising standards. Want to become part of something bigger. Club Development Research and connect with clubs that: Share similar principles and values. Want to improve standards. Believe in education and continual development. Want quality instructor development. Are looking for a professional community. Are open to collaboration and long-term growth. Future Leaders Help identify younger instructors who: Aspire to lead or own a martial arts school. Want mentoring and professional development. Social Media Manage our online community by: Scheduling Facebook and Instagram content. Responding to comments and messages. Encouraging conversations. Helping grow our online presence. Supporting campaigns and events. Events Support our events by: Researching venues. Liaising with suppliers. Coordinating registrations. Communicating with attendees. Supporting event logistics. Following up after events. Partnerships & Opportunities Research and develop relationships with: Martial arts clubs. Independent instructors. Community organisations. Schools and colleges. Universities. Sports centres. Event venues. Suppliers. Potential sponsors. Guest instructors. Always be looking for opportunities that help DEEN grow. Administration Maintain Zoho CRM. Organise contacts. Update records. Produce weekly reports. Support general administration. Who We're Looking For You are someone who: Loves building relationships.
