DMCA & Copycat Takedown Specialist (Ongoing, Pay-Per-Takedown)

We're a DTC camera accessories brand dealing with a growing wave of copycats. Fake stores are ripping our product photos, ad creative, brand name, logos, and trademarks, and selling knockoffs on their own Shopify sites and social channels. We need someone to find them and take them down, consistently. What you'll do: Actively search the web (Google, Shopify stores, Meta/TikTok/Instagram ads, marketplaces) to find new copycats using our content, branding, or trademarks File DMCA takedowns with the right hosts, platforms, and registrars Run the full takedown process end to end: cease and desist emails, follow-up sequences, escalations, and anything else required to actually get them removed Track every case and report on what's been found and removed How we work: Ongoing relationship, not a one-off Paid per successful takedown, so you're rewarded for results You operate independently and proactively. We want someone who hunts, not someone who waits to be told You're a fit if you: Have a track record of successful DMCA and IP takedowns Know the process across Shopify, Meta, TikTok, hosting providers, and registrars Are persistent, organized, and self-directed Can show examples of copycats you've removed To apply: Briefly tell us your takedown success rate, the platforms you've worked with, and how you typically find infringers.
