**Upwork Job Title:** DNS & Email Deliverability Expert (Website + HubSpot) **Project Overview** We are a growing commercial real estate brokerage looking for an experienced DNS and email deliverability specialist to audit and optimize our website and email infrastructure. We need someone who can quickly identify and resolve DNS issues impacting our website, email authentication, and overall email deliverability. We use HubSpot for marketing and sales emails and want to ensure our domain reputation and inbox placement are fully optimized. **Scope of Work** ### Website & DNS Review * Audit current DNS configuration * Identify and resolve any DNS-related issues * Verify proper configuration of: * A Records * CNAME Records * MX Records * TXT Records * SSL certificates * Website redirects * Ensure website and related services are functioning correctly ### Email Deliverability Audit * Review HubSpot email setup and sending domains * Verify and optimize: * SPF * DKIM * DMARC * Reverse DNS (if applicable) * Domain authentication * Review sending reputation and inbox placement * Identify any blacklist issues * Review email warmup and sending practices * Analyze bounce rates, spam complaints, and engagement metrics * Provide recommendations to improve inbox placement ### Deliverables * Detailed audit report * Documentation of issues discovered * Implementation of approved fixes * Deliverability score improvements where possible * Best practices document for maintaining email health **Requirements** * Proven experience with DNS management * Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) * Experience with HubSpot email infrastructure * Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues * Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email environments * Ability to explain findings in clear, non-technical language **To Apply** Please include: 1.
