Microsoft Partner Center / Hardware Developer Program Expert Needed

We need an experienced Microsoft Partner Center / Windows Hardware Developer Program specialist to create a new, fully functional company-owned setup. Our previous Hardware Developer Program account is no longer usable. We need a new setup that allows us to sign our software and pre-boot drivers and handle future driver submissions where required. Scope: Create the required Microsoft Entra / company account structure Complete Microsoft Partner Center and Windows Hardware Developer Program enrollment Advise on the required EV code-signing certificate and signing workflow Handle Microsoft support communication and escalation if needed Resolve registration or certificate-verification issues Hand over a fully working setup that remains entirely under our company’s control In a previous attempt, Microsoft showed this error during certificate verification: “The code signing certificate you used to sign the file has already been used by a different seller. Please use a different certificate.” We can purchase a new EV code-signing certificate if necessary, but need confirmation that this will solve the issue before buying one. This is a result-oriented project. We are not looking for general advice only; we need someone who can manage the process until the account and signing workflow are operational.
