MEDIOR CREATIVE STRATEGIST (DTC / PERFORMANCE) We're a fast-growing apparel brand in the US market, and creative is our biggest growth lever. We're hiring a Medior Creative Strategist to work directly with the founder and build the foundation of our creative engine: from research and angle to brief to test to iteration. This is not a "make it pretty" seat and it's not a "wait for tasks" seat. You own the thinking behind the ads, you brief the people who execute, and you hold yourself to performance. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Research competitors, trends, viral formats, and winning ad angles - Customer research across Facebook, Quora, Reddit, Amazon, and reviews - Develop new ad concepts, hooks, offers, and content directions across static, native, and video - Write clear creative briefs for graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters - Own native ad and advertorial strategy: build the angle, awareness mapping, and section-by-section structure, then brief copywriters on the copy and page builders on layout. You direct the funnel and help optimize where needed. You don't write every word or build every page yourself. - Direct video production: scripting, B-roll selection, and script improvements - Manage iterations and testing pipelines based on performance data - Analyze data and turn it into a sharper creative strategy WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2 to 5 years as a Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, or similar role within DTC or e-commerce - Strong understanding of Meta Ads creative strategy - Experience working with e-commerce / DTC brands - Strong direct-response thinking, with a deep understanding of hooks, retention, UGC structures, awareness stages, sophistication, and mechanism - Ability to identify winning formats and performance patterns - Fluency with native ads, pre-lander pages, and advertorials - You actively use AI tools every day (Higgsfield, Claude). You run them, you're not just "familiar" with them. - Fluent written English. All work happens in English. TOOLS Meta Ads Manager, Higgsfield AI, Claude, Canva, Meta Ad Library, Google Drive / Docs / Sheets, AdsPower, internal SOPs. WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR - No agencies - No generic brand strategists - No people who only make "pretty" designs - No people who only write scripts but don't understand performance - No people who wait for tasks instead of taking ownership WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS - Creative strategy is fully owned and running as a consistent system - You have deep customer understanding and clear positioning across the funnel - You've made measurable impact on performance through stronger creative strategy - You're ready to step into a Creative Strategist Lead role with full ownership WHAT YOU GET - Work directly with the founder to build a strong foundation for the creative engine - A lot of freedom for your own input, and real trust to run with it - Weekly dedicated learning hours - Educational content from the top of the market - A clear growth path: Creative Strategist to Creative Strategist Lead THE DETAILS - Full-time, remote, 40 hours per week - Available in the CEST timezone in the afternoon, 13:00 to 18:00, for overlap with the team - $2,000 / month base + performance bonus tied to winning ads HOW TO APPLY 1. Share 3 e-commerce brands you have worked with. 2. Share 3 ad creatives you personally contributed to that performed well, and how much spend has gone through them.
