We are hiring for a Creative Strategist FAST-SCALING DTC UNDERWEAR BRAND· FULLY REMOTE· INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR We're a US-based DTC brand in the underwear & basics space, spending 7 figures on Meta every month. Strong product, strong margins, and a paid media engine operating at significant scale. We're expanding our creative team and looking for a Creative Strategist to own the thinking behind our ad concepts and lead the editors and designers who bring them to life. At our spend level, creative is the primary lever on performance — and this role sits at the center of it. Compensation is structured as a base rate plus an uncapped performance bonus tied to the spend you manage and the ROAS your creative drives — so strong results translate directly into earnings. What you'll own: * You are the mind behind our ad concepts. You turn insight about our customer, product, and market into angles and hooks that stop the scroll and convert — then you lead the editors and designers who produce them at volume. * Develop ad concepts, angles, and hooks — primarily for Meta (~90% of spend), with growing investment in YouTube (Demand Gen) and AppLovin * Build and run a high-velocity testing pipeline: scale winners fast, kill losers faster * Lead, brief, and set the creative bar for a team of video editors and designers * Work closely with our UGC manager to align creative concepts with content production * Translate performance data (hook rate, thumbstop, hold rate, CTR, CAC/ROAS) into sharper creative decisions * Stay ahead of formats, UGC trends, and competitor creative across platforms What we are Looking for: * A proven track record as a Creative Strategist in DTC / e-commerce * Concrete examples of concepts you've built that performed — you can show the work and the numbers * A clear sense of the monthly ad spend you've worked behind * Experience leading and briefing creative teams (editors, designers) * A strong eye for editing and design — enough to direct the team and steer the work in the right direction, even if you're not producing it yourself * Deep fluency in what makes Meta creative win * Fast, data-driven, and genuinely obsessed with creative performance Strong Plus: * Experience in the same niche — underwear, basics, apparel, or fashion DTC * Hands-on experience with YouTube Demand Gen and/or AppLovin Work Setup: * Full-time — 8 hours/day, as an independent contractor * Fully remote * Base rate + uncapped performance bonus, tied to managed spend and the ROAS your creative drives — your performance is felt directly in your earnings
