We run a DTC supplement brand selling primarily into US/UK/CA. Current bottleneck: Our subscription retention is leaving money on the table. Month 2→3 churn is our biggest leak. We need someone who can fix it. ─── What We Need A retention systems specialist who can: 1. Audit our current setup — subscription flows, cancellation reasons, win-back sequences, payment failure recovery 2. Rebuild using LOOP (our subscription app — you must have hands-on experience with it, not just Recharge or Bold) 3. Design the retention infrastructure: • Churn prevention flows (cancellation save offers, skip options, downgrade paths) • Billing retry logic + dunning management • Win-back sequences for lapsed subscribers • Loyalty/reward mechanics for tenure • SMS + email retention automation 4. Increase LTV and reduce churn rate — measurable results, not theoretical frameworks ─── Who We're Looking For • Supplement/DTC experience — you've worked with subscription supplement brands before. You understand the specific challenges: taste fatigue, results anxiety, replenishment timing, seasonal usage patterns. • LOOP Shopify app expert — not "familiar with." Expert. You've built flows, customized checkout, handled migrations, worked with their API if needed. • Retention-first mindset — you think in cohorts, not campaigns. You know what a "save window" is. You've built cancellation flows that actually work. • Data-driven — you measure everything and can show us before/after churn rates, LTV curves, recovery rates. ─── Compensation • Performance bonus: Additional $1,000 if churn reduction targets are hit (we'll define specific KPIs together) • Ongoing: If results are strong, monthly retainer for optimization and management ─── How to Apply In your proposal, include: 1. One example of a supplement brand you helped with retention — what was the churn rate before/after? 2. Your LOOP experience — what specific flows/builds have you done? 3. Your approach — how would you audit our current setup? What's your 30-day plan?
