Data Analyst / Bioinformatics Coder – NIH "All of Us" Expert

We need a biomedical data analyst to conduct genomic and longitudinal EMR analysis within the NIH All of Us Researcher Workbench. You must have active workbench access and be contractually cleared to work as an independent, third-party consultant without conflicts of interest. Scope of Work: Build cohorts using longitudinal EMR histories and various phenotypes. Write and optimize analysis scripts (Python/R) within the native Jupyter Notebook cloud environment. Merge whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data with clinical data mapped to the OMOP Common Data Model. Required Skills: Existing, active credentials for the NIH All of Us Researcher Workbench. No conflict of interest (COI) with your primary institution or the NIH data-use guidelines. Advanced R or Python expertise. Deep familiarity with OMOP CDM hierarchies (ICD-10, SNOMED, RxNorm). Experience with PLINK, REGENIE, or Hail inside Jupyter environments.
