Data Analyst Needed to Calculate Quarterly Unified User Churn for a Financial Model

We are a coupons and cashback platform looking for an experienced Data Analyst to calculate our quarterly user churn rate for use in our financial model. We want to treat each customer as one unified user, regardless of whether they use coupons, cashback, or both. For example, if a user uses a coupon in one quarter and cashback in the next quarter, they should be considered retained. The analyst will: Combine coupon and cashback user activity. Deduplicate users using their user ID. Calculate historical quarterly retention and churn rates. Recommend the appropriate churn rate to use in our financial model. Provide the calculation in a clear, reusable Excel/Google Sheets file or SQL query. Briefly explain the calculation methodology. We will provide the required user activity data through files or read-only data access. Required experience Experience calculating churn and retention. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience with cohort or user behavior analysis. Experience with e-commerce or consumer apps is preferred.
