### Data & Audience Analyst and Researcher The Data & Audience Analyst and Researcher is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help CSN Sports make informed business, marketing, sales, recruiting, and product decisions. Key responsibilities include: * Analyze user behavior and engagement across the CSN Sports platform. * Track key business metrics, including signups, conversions, retention, revenue, and customer acquisition costs. * Research trends in youth sports, college recruiting, social media, and athlete development. * Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. * Develop reports and dashboards for leadership and department managers. * Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market research. * Analyze customer feedback and user experience trends. * Support partnership, recruiting, and sales initiatives with research and competitive analysis. * Maintain data accuracy and assist with database management. * Present actionable insights to leadership to improve decision-making and business performance. This role typically reports to the CEO, COO, or Marketing Director and works closely with sales, marketing, product development, operations, and leadership teams.
