Data Automation & Dashboard Consultant Overview Teach Well is a national professional learning provider working with teachers, school leaders and education systems across Australia. We deliver programs to thousands of teachers and leaders each year and collect participant feedback through SurveyMonkey following workshops, courses and coaching sessions. We are looking for an experienced consultant to help us design and implement a scalable reporting and automation solution that reduces manual work and improves reporting for both our team and our clients. This is an initial project with the potential for ongoing work. Current Situation We currently collect feedback through SurveyMonkey and manually prepare reports for clients. We would like to: * Automatically collect and consolidate survey data * Create internal dashboards to monitor program performance * Generate client-facing reports automatically * Reduce manual reporting and administration * Analyse trends across programs, facilitators, cohorts and school systems * Better connect survey insights with our HubSpot CRM Existing Systems Current systems include: * SurveyMonkey * HubSpot * Zapier * Google Workspace We are open to recommendations regarding architecture and technology. Project Objectives Internal Dashboards Examples may include: * Participant satisfaction * Net Promoter Score (NPS) * Program performance over time * Facilitator performance * Response rates * School and system-level results * Comparisons across programs and cohorts Automated Client Reporting We would like to automatically generate professional reports following workshops and programs, including: * Response rates * Satisfaction measures * Key survey findings * Open-ended feedback * Trend data and visualisations Reports should require minimal manual intervention. Technology Stack We are open to recommendations. Potential tools may include: * SurveyMonkey API * HubSpot * Power BI * Looker Studio * Airtable * PostgreSQL * Zapier * Make.com We are looking for someone who can recommend the best approach, not simply implement a predetermined solution. Deliverables We expect the project to include: 1. Review of our current reporting process 2. Recommended architecture and technology stack 3. Development of an initial reporting solution 4. Internal dashboard(s) 5. Automated client reporting workflow 6.
